The Fall 2026 Undergraduate International Admission at Korea University is now open.
University College offers an Undecided Major System that allows international students
to explore academic fields before selecting their major.
🌟 A Flexible Pathway to 46 Majors
At University College:
✔ First-Year Foundational Curriculum
Students complete the required credits in academic skills, Korean language, and foundational competencies.
✔ Major Selection in Year 2
After fulfilling the first-year credit requirements, students proceed to one of 46 majors across Korea University.
✔ No Additional Standardized Language Test Required for Major Placement
Major progression is based on completion of the foundational curriculum rather than separate external Korean or English language test scores.
📚 What You Build in Year 1
- · Academic writing, discussion, and presentation
- · Level-based Korean language education
- · AI and digital literacy
- · Cultural and academic transition support
Students continue their studies in their chosen department from Year 2 onward.
(The final degree is awarded by the selected department.)
